• Annual fees are non-refundable.
• No children under 14 with being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• If a card is lost or stolen, there will be a $5 replacement fee.  Please notify City Hall as soon as possible if this happens.
• Membership will be suspended for allowing unauthorized individuals use of your card.
• For your well-being, NO alcohol or tobacco products on the premises.
• Action, activity or language that is disrespectful to others or abusive of the facility is not tolerated.
• For your own safety and the safety of others, The City of Carl Junction does not allow any potentially dangerous items to be brought onto the property.  Possession or use of firearms and other dangerous weapons on the grounds is strictly prohibited.
• Some cell phones now have the capacity to take pictures, so be aware if someone has one pointed in your direction.  Anyone caught taking pictures of another person without their permission and knowledge will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and will lead to the termination of their membership.
• We have security cameras in the facility, but the footage is time sensitive.  If you need to review the footage, please contact City Hall as soon as possible.
• Please learn to use the equipment properly.  Please ask City Hall if you need any help with the equipment. 
• Please use the provided disinfectant after using any equipment. 
• Track inside gymnasium is 18 laps to a mile.
• No hanging on rims or grabbing of nets.
• Shoes that causes marks on the gym floor are not allowed.
• No skates, heelies or skateboards allowed.
• We will provide all basketballs and volleyballs.  Outside basketballs and volleyballs will not be allowed in the gymnasium.
• Food and Drinks are NOT allowed in the Gymnasium.

Liability Information

• Liability:  The City of Carl Junction assumes no responsibility for injuries or illness when observing or participating in any activity or use of the facility or equipment.
• Property Loss:  The City of Carl Junction is not responsible for personal property lost, damaged or stolen while observing or participating in any activity or use of the facility or equipment.
• Insurance:  It is the responsibility of individuals to provided for their own accident and health coverage while participating or observing activities.  The City of Carl Junction does not provide any accident or health insurance to participants.
• Medical:  In the event of sickness or injury, the City of Carl Junction will obtain medical attention for any individual.  The individual will be held responsible for any expenses resulting from medical treatment, prescriptions or hospital care.
• The City of Carl Junction will provide a Hold Harmless Agreement that must be signed to use the faciltiy.
