Stormwater Phase II - Public Education and Outreach

One of six measures the City of Carl Junction as a Phase II-regulated small municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) is required to include in its stormwater management program to meet conditions of its National Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permit. An informed and knowledgeable community is crucial to the success of a stormwater management program since its helps to ensure greater support and greater compliance with the program.
